Rapid Rehousing: short-term intervention designed to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness quickly transition into stable, permanent housing.

Attainable Housing: housing options that are affordable to working individuals and families who do not qualify for traditional affordable housing but still struggle to afford market-rate housing

Case Management & Needs Assessment

To provide a dedicated case manager who serves as an advocate and navigator, ensuring each veteran receives tailored support and follows a plan toward independence.
